Marion's Sentimental Journey

This blog is for one purpose. To share with everyone, the intention that I have as a photographer. What will make it worth coming to Marions? What makes it worth it? My new mission is to create every session with the following: Create meaningful images, Create images that "move" the viewer, and Create images that bring "Joy" to those who view them. I will vow to attempt to fulfill this mission for each person that I photograph. This blog will be the host location to showcase client portraits and their "heartfelt" feelings about what their portrait means to them.NO Testimonials about Marion's studio, or me as a photographer or abilities. Just the plain simple truth of "What does your portrait mean to you, from the heart".I hope that you enjoy the experience of this "Sentimental Journey".

Kayla and Austin's Wedding

I've got to say, this couple were the sweetest. Kayla is just a very very nice girl. Quiet and reserved and so easy going. What a beautiful bride as well. Austin, on the other hand is a REAL cut-up. His humorous nature made the day go by very smoothly. I wanted to capture the love that they shared and I think I did that very well. Mostly because they were so happy together. I hope I get more weddings like this because it proves that the world is not all bad and there is absolute hope in mankind. Thank you Kayla and Austin.

Devon at the Beach

"This photo reminds me of a weekend trip to the Hamptons. It's laid-back and easygoing just like myself. It takes me to a place where there's not a care in the world. A place where you can lay on the beach all day and not feel rushed or stressed, just relaxed. Blissful." Sincerely,

Devon

Tommy's Beach Session

"Just wanted to let you know how excited I was to see Tommy's proofs! I told you he would give you a run for your money but you really captured the "real Tommy". He is not one for lots of smiles for the camera, but you were able to catch them. I cried when I first saw them because it is another reality check that your baby is growing up! Excellent Work!"

"You're only three once"

"We cannot begin to express the love that we feel when we look at Megan's photo's. The timelessness of the pictures makes us realize that you are only three once. Years from now we can look back and remember this special time in our lives when our children are young. To have these moments captured and to be able share them with friends and family is very exciting!"

"The first time we saw each other we knew this was something special.
Our portrait not only shows the love we have but also, the lust & happiness we share with one another."
